Some faces we should not forget. The Class of 1988 TO THE CLASS OF 1988: The past four years as your advisor have been an education, a reward, a challenge, a headache (at times) but mostly a pleasure. Since meeting the spring of your eighth grade year, we have grown to be a family. As we look back through our family album, we see memories: Freshman Valentine Dance, sophomore plant sale, juniors winning Spirit Hall, a successful junior prom, the most successful Powderpuff game ever, our attempts to raise money, our popular student-faculty basketball games, freezing at the Homecoming game ... I could go on forever. The special relationship we have is what I will remember most. We have become friends; a friendship that will last long after this book is gone. Thank you for four special years. With love and thanks, ALTON E. FLYNN TO THE CLASS OF 1988: It is time to say thank you to all the members of the class who have shared in making our four years at SHS memorable ones. We ' ve had some very special times, which have brought many of us closer together. Participation in such activities as Spirit Halls, pizza suppers, Powderpuff, winter dances, fundraisers, etc., will always be remembered. Our class is composed of people who excel not only in school spirit but most important in academics, athletics, and in the fine and performing arts. Our class has a lot to be proud of. We ' ve learned to work together and make the best four years at SHS we possibly could. Even though our high school years have now come to an end, let us continue to carry out what we have achieved during these years together. This year ' s class officers would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Flynn and to the other officers who served our class during previous years, as well as to Mr. Sarno and the faculty for their support. Best of luck to all members of the class in all their future endeavors and for continued happiness, health, and success.
