MASSACHUSETTS 02072 Dear Graduates: The Stoughton School Committee extends its sincere congratula- tions to you upon your reaching this milestone. You are successful people in the sense that you have achieved the primary goal of your youth. The next phase of life you enter will present for your consideration many in- justices and inequities which you will have an opportunity to resolve in an effort to make the world in which you live a better place for all people. You will be able to accomplish this because you have started with a background of success in attaining a difficult goal. In your search for personal fulfillment and a happy existence, your future experience will cause you to acquire further intellectual growth and greater mastery of individual talents. You will experience an increase in self confidence which will permit you to make judgments, and produce actions with greater self assurance. It is our hope that you will use your knowledge and talent to explore and develop those things which tend to unite people and transcend those things which divide them.
