Carefully observing are Mrs. Doris Sievers, the typing teacher, and Miss Shirley Watkins who teaches general business and shorthand. E V Looking over someone's records are Miss Merle Kahuda, the girls' counselor, and Mr. Boyd Cammack, the boys' counselor. These people are always ready to help any- one when deciding his future. In addition to their counseling duties, Mr. Cammack helps in the planning of the Fete de Fous, College Day, and Career Day. Miss Kahuda also teaches homemaking and is Y-Teen advisor. These two gentlemen are smiling over the success of the music department. Mr. Larry Robertson di- reets A Cappella choir, mixed chorus, girls' and boys' glee club, plus various small groups. Mr. Glen Bell controls concert band, pep band, march- ing band, dance band, and many other small groups. I0 This is where I live, says Mr. Barry Holtgrewe, the sophomore world history teacher, varsity basketball coach, and as- sistant track coach. looking on in dismay are Mr. Arie Brink Qleftj and Mr. Bennett Marshall. Mr. Brink teaches government and economics to the seniors plus being Hi-Y advisor and assisting the seniors with magazine sales. Mr. Marshall teaches American history to the juniors and is also the Hi Breeze advisor.

-lg Another new face this year is Mr. Kenneth TeSlaa fleftj. He and Mr. Clyde Simons have been caught in the world of mathematics and may someday discover a new theory. But in the meantime, Mr. TeS1aa teaches advanced algebra and trigonometry and is also advisor for the prom. She has much time to EC devote to the reorganization of the library since she teaches no classes. She has student librarians who help with check- ing books in and out, making reference cards, and changing bulletin boards. Welcome to Storm Lake, Mrs. Ayers, your .A advances have been appreciated. These two handsome characters looking over a filmstrip are Mr. Jack Bryant and Mr. Richard Kearney. Mr. Bryant Qleftj, known affectionately as Dad, is the teacher of biology, is football and track coach, and is B squad basketball coach. That bird, Mr. Kearney, plagues his scholars with physics and chemistry and is in charge of the stage crew.
