Student Body Maid: Darline Morrison Bcort: Chad Evans .1 .'- - E IB I The sale of links for the spirit chain kicked off Spirit Week, sponsored by the annual staff and cheerleaders. Class competition was tough resuliing in record breaking sales. Suspense mounted as everyone wondered Who won? The cheerleaders encouraged spirit throughout the week although spirit already soared. Tuesday was mystery day and two mystery people walked around school with a free dcket to Homecoming for anyone who said Beat the Eagles! to them. Thursday was spirit day with each class showing its spirit by dressing in the styles of different iimes and places. Freshmen dressed in the styles of the 50's while Sophomores came as Hippies. Both 'J Juniors and Seniors were Hillbillies and came in their overalls, freckles, straw hats and old pipes. Student Life X Homecoming 27
