College Campus presented the musical The Sound of Music. ' ' Fifteen people from Stone County tried out for the parts of the Von Trapp Children but only seven were selected. Among those who were selected at Stone High were Freshmen, Keri Clement and Carol Rogers, and one Senior, Lynn Clement. These girls spent many late night hours over several weeks rehearsing and learning their parts. When asked what they enjoyed most about puting on the play they both agreed that the DO RE MI scene was the most fun in practice and the final performance .
