The End of a Year . At the beginning of the school year, time seems to drag by. School and all the activity it brings pile up on everyone. The end is never in sight. . . we just endure it day by day. Suddenly, though, we wake up and find out that summer is near and another school year has disappeared into our past. Yes, the endless days that inched by so slowly are gone and in looking Jack, we feel like maybe, just maybe, they went by a little too quickly af- ter all. During morning break, Windy Waits and Carolyn Lyons read over their notes. 174 6th Period typist peck away at their typewriters.

Another year has ended. The year 1975-76 will never repeat itself. Old Stone High may not change much in the years to come. The classrooms we spent so much time trying to get out of wi ll remain pretty much the same. The cafeteria that we splattered with English peas and catsup won't vanish into the past. The gym where we got hoarse voices every Friday during football season will be here many more years. Even though the building won't change, the faces will. Never again will all of us, the 1975- 76 classes of Stone High, be together as a unit.
