HIOI2 class NISIIOI2 FRESHMEN 1954 Let us go way back in memory to the year of 1954 when the Seniors of 1958 entered high school as green freshmen With the help of our sponsors Miss Oldham and Mr Sears we elected our first class offrcers They were as follows President Norma Rector Vice President Jean Kay Roy Secretary Janice Ge1sser Treasurer Elmer Neill Reporter Lana Hendricks Sergeant at Arms Bruce Baumgar ner We started the year off inhigh style w1th Norma Rector as our Homecomlng Attendant Our next high light consisted of Jean Kwy Roy being crowned as F F A Sweetneart and to top off our first year Janice Ge1sser wws chosen as a candldate for the Annual Qieen SOPHOMORES 1 95 5 Our sponsors to help keep ns on thc straight and narrow that year were Miss Oldham and Mr Walsh and our class officers were Presldent Thom is Bryant Vice President Bruce Baumgarner Secretary Gary llettmger Treasurer Carol Todd Reporter Denai al Wallen Sergeant at Arms Pauline Nichols To start off our social wlnrl Janice Gelsser and Gene Turner were chosen as the sophomores candidates for carnival King and Queen Next to represent our class Wayne Brewer was chosen as an F H A Heart throb candidate JUNIORS 1956 With the help of our sponsors Miss Hoff and Mr Smith we elected our class officers Presid nt Jean Kay Roy Vice Presxdent Janice Ge1sser Secretary Jeanette Willard Treasurer Norma Rector Reporter Thomas Bryant Sergeant at Arms Bruce Baumgarner We again were honored to have a Home coming Attendant from our class Jeanette Willard Though unsuccessful we were also very proud of our carnival candidates Mary Jane Hendricks and Kenny Robison. With the help of Mrs Nelson we proudly How they d1d shine when we placed them on our fingers Another big occas1on of our Junior year was the result of much honest effort and hard work the elaborate Dutch banquet which we very proudly presented to the Seniors And to end that exciting year Thomas Bryant was crowned as the F H A Heart throb SENIORS 1957 To serve us right to the end these were the officers we elected for our Senior year President DCDZIB1 Wallen Vice President Kenny Roblson Secretary Janice Ge1sser Treasurer Mary Jane Barton Parliamentarian Donald Gelsmger Reporter Jean Kay Roy Miss Oldham and Mr Smith were selected as our wonderful sponsors to help us faithfully with this our last year We were overjoyed when Jaruce Ge1sser was crowned as Homecoming Queen and another member of our class Jean Kay Roy was chosen as an Attendant We posed willingly for our Senior pictures and were thrilled with the outcome Under the guidance of Mrs Nelson we presented the Senior Play A Boy Named Beulah To produce this Annual for us the Annual Staffwas selected Editor Janice Ge1sser Associate Editor Wilma Hocevar Business Manager Jean Kay Roy Sports Editors Thomas Bryant Donald Gelsmger Class Editors Phyllis Campbell Lana Bough Social Editors Ethel Wright Jean Ward L1teraryEd1tor Ruth Norman Publicity Agents Tommy Beckley Denzxalwallen Art Designers DonnaBangs JoEtta Cotton Advertising Managers Mary Jane Barton Donme Oldham Sales Managers Carol Todd Norma Rector Typist Delores Chambers Dorthy Belcher Photographer Gene Turner A big moment in our Senior year came when Norma Rector and Donme Oldham were crowned Key King and Queen.
