It has been quite a year, hasn't it? Much has happened to us--new constructions, a crowded schedule of sports, meetings, plays and elections, along with the steady grind of classes. We, the staff, have tried our best to make this yearbook a Treasure Chest filled with these school day memo ries, As editors we have tried to recall sports and their exciting thrills, the band with its tunes, the faculty who has understood our problems, and the classmates who have walked with us down the crowded halls. In fact, we have done our very best to catch all activities. We would like to thank the staff and sponsor, Mrs. J. W. Malone, for their unequal cooperation and fine work which is always necessary to do any job well. Our deepest thanks to the teachers for their understanding during elections and photography. All these things have helped toward a more successful yearbook. When you turn the pages of your 1959 RA TTLER in the years ahead, it is our deepest desire that your mind is filled with many happy memories.
