fl VVhat I have to say in this letter is probably one of the most important things I will ever say, and I hope it's important for you to read. This last spring and summer were not easy on a lot of people: my family, myself, and you, my friends. The reason why I'm doing so well is because you cared, and to be cared about is the most fantastic feeling anyone could have. There were backyard barbecues, drive-in movies, parties, and gradu- ation. There were times people would have to carry me through the rain, and put me to bed. There were kids that came out to the house and people who asked about me in school. Everywhere I went, someone would ask, Can I help you? , How ya doing? , or Are ya comfortable'? . All of it means so much to me, more than I can express on paper. Then there was the air conditioner. Clf you only knew I had wanted a car.D I think of all the time that was put into the bake sales, and all the baking, and all the people who baked for them. I heard about all of you and about the running and chasing for the air conditioner. My special thanks to Kirsten Skoglund and Kevin Wilcox. So, what I'm trying to say is thanks,', although I don't think I could thank any of you enough. It meant, and still does mean, so much to me. I would like to thank very much my two tutors, Mr. Hanson and Mrs. Sahmaunt. Once again thank you for everything. If there's something I can do for any of you, look me up. Yesterday is gone . . .
