Dedication With feelings of nostalgia and some of sorrow, we will soon leave high school. But before we place SCS in our memories, we would like to thank a very special someone who has played an important part in shaping our stay here. As a teacher and a friend, she has invested part of herself in our class something for which we will always be grateful. With her guidance and leadership, we have faced many high school problems and conquered them. Certainly these experiences have contributed as much to our edu- cation as our classroom instruction-a field in which she has also excelled. When we were freshmen, we entered high school with a xp!-'f bad reputation and in search of two advisors to assist us in carrying on our class functions. She volunteered to become one of them. With her diligence and unselfish devotion to help us, our class treasury rapidly swelled and secured its place as one of the largest in this wschoolis history. Again this year, she came to our aid when we were in need of a yearbook advisor. We can never repay her for all she has done for us as a friend, teacher, and advisor. lt is with great pleasure that we, the graduating class of Stillwater Central School, dedi- cate our yearbook, The 1974 Warrior, to Miss Anita Bon- neville with affection, gratitude, and sincerity. 3

ppreciation it What we feel is gratitude and respect. Something happens to a class in its senior year, something that no one can really understand. Seniors begin to mellow, to appreciate the good teacher, the teacher who is dedicated, the teacher who can be teacher and human being at the same time without sacrificing one for the other, a teacher like Mrs. Frances Butler. We'd like to thank Mrs, Butler for the years that she has unselfishly dedicated herself to guiding the preparation of yearbooks Stillwater can be proud of and for the many ideas that we have obtained from those books. We admire you, Mrs. Butler, and have taken this opportunity to thank you. The Class of 1974
