These individuals do not spend only five days in the classroom but are also willing to give themselves in serving as class advisors or directing school activ- ities. Many teachers voluntarily assume the duty of guiding such extra curricular activities as: The Future Teach- ers of America. Career Club. Future Homemakers of America, Projection Club. Girls' Friendship Club. Future Farmers of America, Girls' Athletic Association, Librarians Club, and various music ensembles. ADMINISTRATION The administration and school board of Stewartville High School perform many vital duties which help to make our education complete. Superintendent Schaefer, the administrative head, has the respon- sibility of forming school policy. The duty of en- forcing this policy is placed in the capable hands of our principal, Mr. Knapp. Student problems which arise concerning the years after high school are easily solved by Mr. Wantock, the school coun- selor. The Board of Education deals with all the problems confronting our school. Without the work of these devoted men, our school would cease to function in such an efficient manner. MR.
