STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is composed of students elected by their classmates in a colorful election each spring. This organization largely concerns itself with school matters as they pertain to activities, organizational drives, and special events of the students. Student Council members are representatives only and welcome the suggestions of their fellow classmates on ways for improving their school. These suggestions are then considered carefully at weekly meetings under the able direction of Mr. Wantock. This body is well remembered this year for the stupendous Home- coming planned and conducted so successfully. Librarians is a volunteer group of girls who act as student librarians one hour daily. The Book-Ends was recently chosen as a name for their society. Meetings are held every two weeks at which time the girls help to prepare the books for circulation. The students recognize what a valuable service these librarians perform. LIBRARIANS TOP ROW: Miss Larson, J. Davis, F. Boettcher, M. Warren, L. Davis, K. WarTen, K. Nelson, P. Zimprich, M.
