Paul Stevens whose father has secured the Larrabee Motor by rather shady means wishes to marry Bobby but the handsome stranger, Jack Curtis, has attracted her attention. Paul Steven's boat Flying Cloud and Mr. Ha.thaway's boat Speed King are rivals in the regatta. Paul tries to keep Speed King out of the race but fails. Many exciting things happen but in the end Speed King wins and Jack Curtis is found to be Mr. Hatha- way's son. Bobby and J a-ck are happily married.
