Sophomore Class History Our class of '50 entered our grand S. H. S. on that well remembered day of September 4, 1946. Oh what a day to remember! We all will never forget the laughter We Green Freshmen caused when we were initiated into this high school of ours. Our Freshman class officers were elected as follows: Don Enebo, president: Sophie Weigand, vice president, Iune Wagner, secretary: Don Puyear, treas- urer. Our class sponsor was Mrs. Lockridge and our Student Council repre- sentatives were lean Paulson and Don Terry. The Sophomores gave the Freshman Reception for us and in return we gave the Sophomore Return. Both parties were enjoyed very much ,by our entire student body. This year We Sophomores had the fun of initiating our Green Freshmen , which was highlighted by the Freshman Reception. A Sophomore Return was given in our honor. Our officers this year are Norman Iohnson, president, Richard Overholtzer, vice president, Ianet Hill, secretary: Iim Harris, Treasurer. Mrs. Lockridge is our class sponsor and our Student Council representatives are Arlene William- son and Don Enebo. 4203

Junior Class History The Iunior class entered S. H. S. on September 4, 1945. They were duly initiated as Freshmen, and in return for the Freshman Reception they gave the Sophomore Return. They elected Lois Winters president, Louise Schuchman as vice president, Dolores Wilson, secretary, and Iune Zeiler as treasurer. Mrs. Lockridqe was class sponsor and Wayne Dayton and Iune Wark were Student Council rep- resentatives. P Their Sophomore year they initiated the Frosh, which began on the first day of school and ended with the Freshman Reception. The Sophomore Return given for them was enjoyed very much. The officers of the Sophomore year were Wayne Dayton, president: Ray Gonzalez, vice president: Fern Peery, secretary: Lee Shrock, Treasurer: Mr. Gill, class sponsorp Ray Robinson and Fern Peery, Student Council representatives. The class activities this year were the Barn Dance in November, and plans are well under way for the Iunior Prom to be held April 23. The theme this year is April Showers. This year's officers are Bill Beach, president, George Robinson, vice presi- dent: Lois Winters, secretary: Lois Paulson, treasurer: Ioy Adams and Ray Gonzalez are Student Council representatives.
