Junior Class History The Iunior class entered S. H. S. on September 4, 1945. They were duly initiated as Freshmen, and in return for the Freshman Reception they gave the Sophomore Return. They elected Lois Winters president, Louise Schuchman as vice president, Dolores Wilson, secretary, and Iune Zeiler as treasurer. Mrs. Lockridqe was class sponsor and Wayne Dayton and Iune Wark were Student Council rep- resentatives. P Their Sophomore year they initiated the Frosh, which began on the first day of school and ended with the Freshman Reception. The Sophomore Return given for them was enjoyed very much. The officers of the Sophomore year were Wayne Dayton, president: Ray Gonzalez, vice president: Fern Peery, secretary: Lee Shrock, Treasurer: Mr. Gill, class sponsorp Ray Robinson and Fern Peery, Student Council representatives. The class activities this year were the Barn Dance in November, and plans are well under way for the Iunior Prom to be held April 23. The theme this year is April Showers. This year's officers are Bill Beach, president, George Robinson, vice presi- dent: Lois Winters, secretary: Lois Paulson, treasurer: Ioy Adams and Ray Gonzalez are Student Council representatives. Mr. Rossrniller is the class sponsor. 1191
