Business 9th grade, is one semester of business and one of typing. In typing you learn the basics of typing and in business, you learn how to run a house. In office practice, which you take in 9th grade, you get into it more, learning how to type the different kinds of letters, and how to be a bookkeeper for a company, All of these are good classes, made better by our good teachers! In the eighth grade, you cannot have home- making, but in the ninth grade, it is an elective class. During the one or two years of honremalcing, you learn to cook, sew, how to groom yourself, and even how to change a baby, of course, you donlt use real babies. Every year, ninth grade girls Homemaking put together a Christmas tea. The students invite staff, faculty, and the parents. The purpose of this tea is to provide social function planning, opportunity to hostess, and to serve as an open house for parents. K fr 65
