Football is our gameg victory is our name We Want a touchdown! was the cry of the cheering section, cmd the seventh and eighth grade football teams came through. The micldleweights were undefeated, com- pleting the season with a fantastic 4-0 record cmd first place among Waterford's junior high teams. Coach Edward Haley was justifiably proud of their performance. Near-perfect was the record of the light- weights, who lost no games, but racked up one tie with three Wins. The team toppled Pierce twice, and Coach Gerald Eichman pointed out that although they tied Crary their first game, they held the Clippers score- less the second time around. So improved was the heavyweights' 3-2 record, compared with last yeo:r's 0-5 win-loss total, Coach Donald Castle stated they can really claim the season a victory. Heavyweight Football Team.
