IS ann of student aide Approximately 80 student aides learned While lending a helping hand in the offices both at Mason and at Grayson Elementary School: in the bookstore, and assisting teachers and counselors with record keeping With an eye toward the future they gained practice in filing, bookkeeping, answering phones, taking messages, running errands preparing attendance lists, and operating such office equipment as the ditto machine. In the bookstore they handled sales of school supplies and kept the shelves well stocked and inven toried Student aides rotated to a new station every four weeks to insure a variety oi experiences under the supervision of Mrs. Mary Haley new sponsor of this part of the business pro gram Student Aides.
