n George F Disnard As Superin tenden t, George Disnard brought total dedication to main- taining the highest possi- ble quality of education in Claremont, Cornish, and Unity. His experience as a teacher in Claremont on both elementary and sec- ondary levels, as elemen- tary principal, teacher con- sultant and assistant su- perintendent, served him exceptionally well in un- derstanding the needs of both students and teachers. Local districts also enjoyed the benefits of his talent for foreseeing changes in the educational fields. As a result, SAU No. 6 was usu- ally better prepared than most communities to im- plement new programs re- quired by the State and in- deed, often served as a mo- del. ln order to thank him for his many services, the Class of 1983 is dedicating this yearbook to him.

1 Y Q 'Z Frederick W Carr We, the graduating class of 1983, dedicate our yearbook to Mr. Freder- ick Carr for his twenty years ofdevo- tion to Stevens High School. During his career he has served countless students as a teacher, administrator, and good friend. His wisdom and in- sight have allowed our school to pro- gress with the times and yet still maintain tradition. We feel Mr. Carr embodies the essence of school life. Therefore, it is our pleasure to honor the man who is Stevens. We want him to know that his good deeds have not gone unnoticed and that we appreciate all he has done for us. The class of 198.3 joins his many friends in wishing him a healthy, happy, and prosperous retirement!
