Leonard Gould Buckle gained Co-Valedictory Yaledictorian honors in the class of 1960 by maintaining a perfect 4.0 average while carrying five academic subjects each semester. His academic honors extended beyond the high school as he placed eighth in the Ohio General Scholarship Test and 437 in the National Merit Scholarship Test. Besides maintaining academic excellence.
