WOMEN ' S EXECUTIVE COUNCIL The Women ' s Council is composed of all resident women of the University. The purpose of the council is to handle disciplinary action, act as an advisory group, and work for self-government. To assist the Women ' s Council in their work, each women ' s dorm has a house council. These house councils handle dormitory matters.
