PRESIDENT ' S MESSAGE Dear Fellow Students: As we look back on the post year we can re- member the hard work and good times not only with nostalgia but with a feeling of accomplish- ment. During the year, the Student Government Asso- ciation, which is the representative body of you, the students, has taken many forward steps in various campus activities, both academic and social, and has successfully carried out its program for and with the students.
