The University Men ' s Council, consisting of the presidents of all men ' s organizations, is the advisory group which reviews cases of violation of the university regulations, and render a decision. This decision is in the form of a recommendation to the Academic Council of the University. The Men ' s Council serves also as a connection link between the men of the university and the administration. Bob Huffman (left) received the Paf- ford Memorial Award as the out- standing mole student of 1951-52.
