Orleta Wilkins, Robert, White The class of 1946 hegan making history in September of 1943 under the direction of Mrs. Porter. The important events in our sophomore year were a part, in two hond selling contests, a round table discussion ot' Our Town given in chapel, and a thrcc aet comedy play. There were some changes as the second chapter of our history began. The class increased from 73 to 88 and our new sponsor was Mrs. Isbell. Class election and order- ing rings were the highlights of the first term. A three act mystery play, a class picnic and the ever important junior and senior hanquet were given the second term. Our hoys who started their record in':1thleties as sophomores added mueh to it this year: many others joined them. We all feel that our last year at Stephenville High School will al. d if not much better than the previous two years have been. ' . 4 5 I
