The Oxford Paper Company as made Rumford one of thc most progressixe towns in the State ot Maine. Qlt1r tl! This four year scholarship is awarded to two senior boys from either Rum- ford or Mexico, to pursue the study of engineering, as re- lated to the manufacture of pulp and paper, at the U. of M. in the College of Technology.
