MIRROR 0' F, WILLIAM BAKER-Co-Editor of the R Mirror, Fuzzy also served as chair- man of the finance committee, editor of senior issue of the 'tMirror , chairman of Dance committee of Hallowe'en Social, and chairman of ticket committee for senior prom, and was active in physics, Hi-Y and golf clubs. Arrowheads fascin- ate Fuzzy who plans to attend college. OBERT BALLIET-Active in track, foot- ball, and basketball for three years, Bob was forced to retire his senior year by the P. I. A. A. age limit. He was a member of the Hi-Y, airplane, and in- dustrial arts club. Now a clerk at the Horse Head Inn Bob most likely will join the N. J. Z. PHYLLIS BARTHOLOMEW- PuSS play- ed intramural basketball her freshman, sophomore, and junior years. She was also in a play for the Hallowe'en Social and took part in several homeroom pro- grams. Her interests out of school are piano playing and bookkeeping for her father's garage. Phyllis will work in a defense industry. KERMIT BEERS-Don't be surprised if Lunce winds up as as acrobat in a circus for he has participated in the last two gym exhibitions as well as belonging to the quoits club his freshman and soph- omore years. At present Kermit's future plans are undecided. CLASS OF 1941 EVELYN ANDREWS- EVie , a member of Tri-Hi-Y for four years, the mixed chorus for three, and first string girls' basketball team for two, played a leading operetta role her junior and senior years. She was the orchestra pianist two years and co-chairman of the cider garden her junior year. Her plans are Tusculum College. LOIS ANTHONY- Jake's last three years have been filled with extra-curricular ac- tivities. A cheerleader since her fresh- man year, Lois has also found time for the Tri-Hi-Y. She has also been a varsity member of the girls, basketball team and plans to enter the Temple School of Nursing. DOROTHY ASHMAN- Dot , our winter sports queen, has participated in orches- tra and Mirror , as well as serving on the senior pageant committee. Liking variety, she was in debating, dramatics, press, chess and Tri-Hi-Y clubs. She was also a member of various senior refreshment committees. Dot plans to attend Bucknell University. MARGUERITE BABINCHAK-- Miggs , a Tri-Hi-Y member, was in home econo- mics and crocheting clubs. She served on the refreshment committees for the freshman, sophomore, and junior class parties, participated in the operetta two years, and was on the decorating com- mittee for the senior prom. Bowling and horse-back riding are her hobbies. Mar- guerite plans to be a pharmacist.

IRFZOR CLASS OF 1942 J Y Class Officers Eve MILAN BRESTOVANSKY-Busy 'tSlim was class president four years, varsity basketball player in '41 and captain his senior year, a member of the football team in '39 and '40, a member of the ath- letic council for four years, and chairman of the senior class play committee. His plans are work then college. CARSON BARTHOLOMEW-No wonder 'lBart'l was busyg he was vice-president of his class for three years, basketball manager, a Hi-Y member two years, and participated in the senior class play, the operetta, and the senior class gift com- mittee. He is not sure what college he will attend but thinks perhaps Lehigh. JUNE SEITZ-Air-minded Seitzie served as an eflicient secretary for the senior class. A debater in her junior and soph- omore years, this Tri-Hi-Y lassie served on quite a few senior committees. June plans to enter training at Temple Univer- sity Hospital and then attend a stewardess training school. DONALD PEIRCE- Predie',, a member Of the football team the past two years and captain this year, has been active as president of Hi-Y and also a participant in the operetta, Variety was liked by t'Predie who was in local history, glee, math, and physics clubs as well as on the debating team. A rabid horseman, he plans to attend Cornell.

RROR MARSHALL BEERS- Hobo has had a busy senior year, being a Hag-bearer, a book collector, and a wreath distributor, while outside school, he was vice-presi- dent of his Young Peoples and worked in Mack Motors Inc. He also participated in the operetta four successive years, and baseball one year. He plans to work as a trucker. FLORENCE BEHLER- Flossy, perhaps the tiniest girl in the senior class, has been quite a saleslady, selling both senior class play tickets and Christmas wreaths. Florence, a varsity member of the girls' basketball team, plans to work in a grocery store and also take a course in dental nursing. JUNE BLOSE-Listening to short wave radio broadcasts fascinates Blosie, a member of the embroidery club for three years. In her freshman and senior years she was on homeroom program commit- tees, and was a member of the wrap and novelty committees for the Hallowe'en Social last year. June's plans are nursing. FRANKLIN BORGER- Chick , the co- advertising manager of the Mirr0r and CO-Illaflagel' of track, was a member of the Mirror staff in '40 and '4l. Home- room secretary in '40, homeroom presi- dent in '41, and chairman of two Hal- lowe'en Social committees were some of Chicks other offices. Franklin, a mem- ber of the senior finance committee, is still undecided about his future. ii CLASS OF 1942. A all A A ..gmr's KENNETH BORGER- Perky , sometimes known as Berky , has the unusual hob- bies of playing pinochle and traveling about the country. Outside school he is a regular attendent of church and Sunday school. His plans are either to get a job or to study to be a machinist. DALE BOWMAN-Musical Nutty has participated four years in the operetta, the Eastern-State Chorus Festival the last two years, the All-State Chorus Festival this year, and the orchestra for three years. Outside school he worked on a milk truck. He plans to join the United States Army Air Corps or the Maritime Service. WESLEY BOWMAN- Wes did not have much spare time this year for he worked as a coal trucker outside school. His favorite athletics are baseball and swim- ming, while driving either a car or truck thrills him. Upon graduation Wesley plans to work for a trucking concern in Patterson. IRMA BRODI- Irmie , girls' basketball manager and a Tri-Hi-Y girl, was a member of the basketball and football refreshment committees, and the Christ- mas wreath committee. In the good old summer time Irma is kept busy with her hobbies, swimming and hiking. She plans to enter nurse's training at Temple Uni- versity Hospital. S?N ill
