64 r-Finalists This year at Stephen F. Austin High School is one that we will always remember. In this yearbook the annual staff has attempted to tell by words and pictures a story of the high- lights of 1964-l965. We have therefore chosen I REMEMBER . . . as the theme of our annual. We hope that we have achieved our purpose in composing this yearbook--that it will help you live again, in memory. your days at SFA. It is our wish that in the years to come, each of us will at some time look at his '65 Eagle and say. Oh, yes. I remember . . . Austin for the last four years. He has in- spired the students of Austin High by his fine and interesting teaching, and has overlooked our carelessness and forgetfulness. He has also cheered us in moments of despair. By encouraging the students to develop their talents, Mr. Maury has made their lives more enjoyable. Mr. Maury is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin Teachersl College and received his masterls from Duke University, in North Car- olina. Next year Mr. Maury will study and travel in Europe. Even though he will not be with us, his name will always ring a note of cheer throughaut the halls of Stephen F. Austin. ADMINISTRATION AND FACULTY .
