This is how you look as a student of Steele School in 1958. We have tried to include everything that has happened this year in the annual. The Publications Class has put in many hours of thinking, planning, and just plain working in order to be able to present you with an annual that you would be proud of in all the years to come. When we first started working on the annual, it was a new experience in the editorial field. We began the year studying principles of journalism and copy writing. We have had many projects this year. Among them was publishing the school paper, The Grow1 . Each member of the class was responsible for one page of the paper. We have twelve members and as you can see, we usually had a good-sized paper. We managed to publish a paper almost every month. We also had a weekly column in the Steele Enterprise , The Bulldog Growls. We saved all of our columns when they were published, and put them in our scrap- book. We bought the scrapbook and a paper cutter for our department with the money we made from the sale of our school paper,
