Semor Class Play Top November Event Dear Ruth, a two act comedy was presented b the class of ' on November l and 20 under the direction of Hr Jerry Butler The story centered around Hir 1am'a fltathy Harold! love letters te soldiers She signed her sis ter's name to them and enclosed Ruth's Kbarla Davison! pictures Lt William Seawrlght lDave leitlingl arrived at the Wilkins home, intending to marry Ruth, but on the day he arrived Ruth became enga sd to Albert hummings Uloran Udey H Kummings was a bank executive where Ruth worked Ruth went out with Lt Seawright because she said she didn't want to hurt his feelings, after coming 0 K I'll sit on ny hands all that way Just to see her When he arrived he had planned to ata! only over the weekend, so she ex plained to Hr Ku mings that it would be for only that long After Lt Seawrlght had per suaded Rutn to become engaged to h1m,he received a call saying that he was to remain in the states Ruth had said, yes only because she thought he was going to leave then she could write and tell him that she was engaged to someone e se. It all ended well,when Ruth de olded that it was Lt Seawr1Sht she loved. The story ended with Ruth and Bill getting married as they left the house.
