The Staunton Community Memorial Hospital offers actual experience for potential nursing, laboratory technicians. X-ray technicians, and specialized office workers. Former work experience students, Joan Vesper, Donna Walz, Judy Schuette and Ruth Ann Ficker are now serving the hospital. Fischer Insurance Company offers experience in another branch of specialized office work. Rexall Drug Store pharmacists, Noel and Walton Fritz have very ably directed interested students in investigation of the duties of a pharmacist. Six former work experience students are currently studying in Schools of Pharmacy.
