Different classes and in- dividuals compete against each other in all sort of athletic events. Everything from potato-racing on bicycles to greased-pole climbing lures many con- testants from each grade. This is a day that is looked forward to with joyful anticipation and has become an annual tradition at S.H.S. Everybody usually comes home with an aching sunburn, weary bones, and a dirty face but they will conclude that this was one of the most memor- able days in their entire school life.
