History BACK IN THE FALL OF 1925 an eager band of youngsters approached the first grade room with all the awe that Alice must have felt as she followed the white rabbit into the intricate mazes of a true Wonderland. .- Possibly they were just as dazed by their rapid introduction Y, 5- to the new round of school life as Alice was by her rapid fall I down the rabbit hole. We saw written on this door Geography. We tried the little golden key to the lock and found to our great delight it fitted! At Hrst the passage in the hole took from a labeled bottle with the words Drink Me. We indeed had to drink fast and to our of Geography was small and the Hrst doses taken made us feel very small like the doses poor Alice I astonishment we soon found ourselves growing larger in that knowledge.
