These activities may be on and off campus. The club is also involved in community projects for the Veterans Awareness Organization needy. Joyce Cooper and Frankie Harris are the faculty advisors. VETERANS CLUB The Veterans Club is an on-campus organization that promotes general welfare and interests of the veterans of State Technical Institute. The goals of the Veterans Club are: to collect, analyze, discuss, and disse- minate information concerning veterans affairs, to foster and encour- age the ideals of good citizenship and the obligation it entails, and to encourage and provide the opportunity for State Technical Institute vet- erans to participate in civic, institute and social activities. Andrew Wooden is the faculty advisor.
