Mr, Schondelmaier taught 20 one-half hour math lessons in the program. The many roles of the President of the United States was one of the topics discussed this spring in SFCC's TV school by Mr. Larry Ament, instructor of national government and American history. Mr. Ament presented four one-half hour programs covering the U.S. Constitution, American history, and con- temporary issues. f Miss ludy Fisher checks over some of the transparencies she used for one of 18 lessons she presented concerning grammar English mechanics, and an in- troduction to literature. ,L- Mrs. Rogene Smith taped eight lessons in reading and study skills. She is also in Dale Montague, production manager of SFCC's T.V. school, lines up the camera Clldtqe of the college reading lab and teaches between four and six classes a day each for another series of presentations by one of the tive instructors. Dale was a Wester. former student at SFCC, and is now majoring in English and communications ?., l l I V z I l i 1 l time out from his busy schedule to prepare 12 lessons in science for airing media at Central Missouri State'College. 3'-we ' Mr, Bob Solomon, biology instructor and Acting Dean of Academic Affairs, took Mrs. Iudy Stumpf, supervisor of the Adult Basic Education program at SFCC, is looking over a T.V. The bool: is part of a comprehensive package which is used by ABE students in their 12 week course which is designed to prepare them 63 for taking the high school equivalency examination.
