Though we here at State High sometimes fail to realize the importance and duties of the school board, it functions as the legislative and governing body over the whole school district. The school board meets regularly on the iirst Monday of every month and at that time takes care of the problems of the school. The school board is composed of six school districts, which are: State College Borough, College Township, Ferguson Town- ship, Half-Moon Township, Harris Township and Patton Town- ship.
