Junior Class History Nearing the completion of the second hall' ol' our high school career, we pause a mo ment to gaze back upon our accomplishments. One of our Freshman home rooms won the P. T. A. home room scholarship cup. Our Soph Hop was a big success. We were well represented by our lettermen in football, soccer, and basketball. Florence Marquardt and Fred Lininger were Iunior representatives to the debating team. Our Iunior Prom was well attended. The annual junior Plays, directed by Miss Morrow, allowed forty-live Iunior parts in the plays. Florence Noll and Mary lane Kistler edited the lunior issues of the Piper, while Patsy Swartz and lane Gulick were business managers. We are looking forward to our Senior year with anticipation, and will fulfill the duties of Seniors to the best ol, our abilities. Twenty four ,E. , B. 7

Sophomore Class History We Sophomores have kept up the traditional Sophomore wide-awakenessf' VVe left Iunior high with a line record in sports, music and student activities. The girls won the girls' class basketball championship, while many of the boys won letters in Iunior high football and basketball. This year Tony Droege, Cecil llloom, lrvin Walker, and Bud Zonge won letters in football. Sophomores winning soccer letters were Walter Hosterman and Bill Reish. The Soph Hop, held in May, was OIIC ol' the most successful dances of the year. Next year we will be a year older and will have :I year's more experiences to add to these. -fue
