The Starkville High School orchestra, THE TOP HATTERS, is a recent addition to our music department, lt is composed of the most outstanding members of the S,H,S, band. The vocalist is also accomplished in her field. D.W. Barton, the director, has spent much of his time in the organization of this group. Our hats are off to the TOP HATTERS, and we wish them much success.
