This year the High School Mixed Chorus consists ol' approximately fifty members. The chorus, under the able direction of Mr. R. S. Forde, has learned to under- stand and appreciate good music. The chorus has shown its ability to sing by appearing on various school programs throughout the year. The aim ol' the chorus is to develop genuine appreciation for the good in music, to develop voices, and to be of active service to the surrounding community, The chorus participated in the District Music Con- test held at Glenwood, April 29. Here it received a B rating, which is considered a high rating as there were no A's given. lf the chorus keeps progressing as it has in previous years, we are sure it will be an outstanding organization in this community.
