To the Students of Stanton High School: There are many factors which have entered into making our country the greatest in the world. We are blessed with abundant natural resources, rich farm land, giganic industries, and beautiful cities. However, more important than our material wealth, we have been blessed with men and women who sacrificed to leave our country better than they found it. If you keep your eyes on a. high resolve, you too can leave behind you marks of achievement which will further benefit our country. This attainment will only be a part payment upon what you owe society which has surrounded you with wonderful opportunities. I join with the administration, faculty, and board of education in wishing each of you a happy, successful and Olen Holland useful life.

I am happy to congratulate the editor, his staff, and the sponsor of The Buffalo Roundup for the successful completion of an assignment. This Buffalo Roundup can be looked to for years to reflect the activities of Stanton High School during the years of 1956 and 1957. I am thankful for a student-body which has the ability to see the problems of the administrator in trying to help him look into their future needs. I am most happy to have under my supervision a faculty which is ever ready to take any step that it believes will help develop a school system that will carry forward the education of our youth mentally, physically, morally, and spiritually. May we all join hands in an untiring effort to secure world peace, so that our neighbors, state, and nation, may forever live in peace. I also wish to thank the Board of Trustees for their foreseeing and tireless efforts to build for the people of Stanton a school system second to none. The community is also to be commended for its efforts to push forward in educating its youth. Sincerely your s ,
