TUMBLIN G An all-around program was set up this year for the boys who didn't participate in Varsity athletics. They have basketball, volleyball, bad- minton, shuffleboard, etc. These classes 'were held during the noon hour and from 1:00 to 2:00 in the afternoon. The programs are under the supervision of Mr. Miller and are played .in the high school gymnasium. The Basketball Championship was won by the Bluebirds under the leadership of Captain Gale Kienholz. Volleyball got under way immediately after basketball was over. Badminton started then, which concluded the Intra Mural schedule. This is the second year Stanley High School has had tumbling, but it is the first year in which a regular class has been devoted entirely to tumbling. The girls havebcertain tests they must pass in order to be admitted to the class. While basketball season is on, these girls will entertain the spectators, giving them an ex- hibition of what they are accomplishing. After basketball is over, their efforts lean toward presenting a spring program for the public. People can see what things their children are learning in physical education throughout the year. They can do it perfect now! INTRAMURAL
