After the queen and her court had been selected, whispers could be heard throughout the halls concerning the parade, the game, and the dance. The presentation of the royal court at halftime was climaxed with our victory over Garrard County. Finally the reign of the royalty ended in a gala Homecoming Dance, featuring The Pastels. So ended the day... the day that made up Homecoming... 1966.
