Foreword .We, the co-editors of the 1965 MEMO present to you, the reader, this collection of what we hope will be your favorite memories. If, in the presentation of this book, we succeed in bringing forth from the past, fond thoughts of the happy years at Stanford High School, we shall feel that our work has received a just reward. We aspire to create in the cold fireplace of forgotten memories the warm glow of the spark of remembrance that will bring back the halls and hayrides, teachers and tests, bus rides and ball games of dear old S.H.S.
