SENIOR WILL n We, the Senior Class of 195f, being of sound minds and failing memories for history dates and classroom manners, do hereby declare this to be our last will and testament. To the Junior Class we bequeath our many wonderful laughs and the sacred seats in the lunch room and chapeL We leave them our home room providing they can find it. Elaine Patterson leaves her winning smile to Carolyn Morris. Arvetta Gooch leaves her long beautiful hair to Barbara Williams. Rose Brummet leaves her ability to skip studyhall to Ann Barrett. Wanda Barrett leaves her ability to read all the books in the library to Bill Dyehouse. Boyd Gilliam bequeaths himself to Linda Leedy. Charles Scott leaves his ability to play on the second team in basketball to Gerald Suggs. Donald Hester leaves his ability to be Valedictorian to Joe Everett. Russell Daugherty leaves his ability to go steady to Buddy Walls. Jimmy Wright leaves his ability to draw women to Jimmy Smith Paul Napier leaves his ability to play football to Walter Crawford. Betty Rhodus leaves her lonely road to Jeanette Brown. Raymond Hurst leaves his ability to grow false teeth to Milton Whitehouse. Barbara Frisbie leaves her athletic ability to next year’s football and basketball teams. Wilma Hoskins leaves her black Buick to anyone who can afford one. Joyce Bennett leaves her northern accent to Harvey Naylor. Nellie Douglas leaves her soft voice and gentle ways to Geneva Adams. Betsy Camenisch leaves her dating ability to Jannie Shear. Fanalee Ball leaves her majorette uniform toanyonelucky enough to get it.

PROPHECY While dozing in the last period study hall one hot September evening, I had a bird's eye view of the '57 Stanford Seniors ten years from now. I shall try as best I can to reveal what I saw in that brief period. Margaret Attwood finally achieved her goal of becoming a teacher. She is teaching at Stanford High School. Fanlee Ball has now completed her nursing training and is still trying to get in the Pie K faternity. Wanda Barrett is now owner of the Davis Drive-in. Joyce Bennett is now married and is settled down to selling sorghum molasses. Clero Brown has just completed the first successful flight to the planet Hound Dog” a mistake in printing folks-the planet “Pluto.” Edward Brown is now living in Texas and has his own ranch. Cattle--that is. Rose Brummett has received her nursing degree and is working in Louisville, Kentucky. Helen Buchanan has taken over her mother’s job of serving the Stanford Rotary Club on Tuesday nights. Betsy Camenisch is still trying to reach the four foot-two inch mark as the world's tallest girL Edwin Darst has taken over his father’s oil business and hasn't struck gas yet. Russell Daugherty and Judy have just settled down in McKinney where Russell owns his grocery store. He is also selling light bulbs. Nellie Douglas is now the champion wrestler of the world. It is thought that she strangles her opponents, but of course there’s no proof. Barbara Frisbie has succeeded in reaching her goal of becoming the world’s most famous lady hobo. Boyd Gilliam is now married and raising a football team. It's gening quite crowded in the apartment he occupies at the Leedy home. Arvetta Gooch has just finished business school and is an employee of the First National Bank in London, England. Donald Hester just finished his last year of high school and is still working at the L G. A. Newland Hester has received his dealership to sell toy tractors. He hasn’t changed a bit. Wilma Hoskins was always too quiet in schooL but now she has been acclaimed the world’s loudest hog caller. Raymond Hurst is now working and can afford to ride in his own pink convertible. Eddie Kidd is married and now raising a bunch of little “Kids. Bobby Kirkpatrick is still working at the Kroger Store where he recently got a Si raise. Patsy Lawson is now captain in the Marine Corps and is stationed at North Pole. Paul Napier is also in Texas and has his ranch right next to Ed. Brown. Paul is rearing children (12) to be exact. Shelby Naylor is the first farmer in the United States to ever raise a successful crop of grub worms. Elaine Patterson finally got her driver’s license and is now the queen of Hot Rod Drivers in New Orleans. Betty Rhodus is now making her students walk the chalk line in her English class. Charles Scott now has a joint partnership in the Hubble Pie Baking Company. Billy Withers has just solved the problem of drinking condensed ice water, but in the experiment he reduced his body weight to 39 pounds. Clero Brown leaves his ability to sleep in American History Class to Tommy Moser. Helen Buchanan leaves her forward ways to Ramie Gilbert. Edward Brown leaves his athletic ability to Tommy Owens. Eddie Kidd leaves his ability to get along with Mr. Damron to Dickie Kidd. Margaret Atwood leaves her motherly ways to Beverly Sue Bryant. BABY PICTURES
