Will awd eetoment We, the Senior Class of 1952 of Staley High School, in Randolph County, in the State of North Carolina, being of sound mind and realizing that our school days are about to close,do make, declare and publish this--our Last Will and Testament. ARTICLE III: iG ti — Toour school we leave our love and pledge ourselves to be loyal to the ideals for which it stands. To Mr. Clayton, our principal, we leave our deep appreciation for making our Senior year the best. To the Senior Sponsor, Mrs. Richardson, we leave the love and good wishes of the entire Senior Class. To Mr. Richardson, our History teacher, we give our measure of forgiveness for all he has done to us, together with our deepest regrets at parting. To our coaches, Miss Ingram and Mr. Wagstaff, we leave some excess energy, so they may con- tinue coaching after this year. To Mr. Poole, our janitor, we leave our heartfelt thanks for his faithful service during the past three years. To the Class of '53 we bequeath our distinguished title as Seniors. To the Class of '54 we leave our desks, plus the chewing gum stuck underneath. To the Class of '55 we leave our places in World Georgraphy Class. Kelvin Wright leaves the title of Class Baby to Ralph Clark. Magdlene Langley wills her athletic ability to Shirley Scotton. To W.G. Glass, Clayton Vickers wills his School Bus No. 85. From Doris Patterson, Mary Campbell will inherit the former's fondness for Algebra. To Rachel Langley, Betty Sue Murray leaves her flirty ways. Billy Brinkley wills his sportsmanship to Harvey Whitaker. Betty Jo Allred leaves her popularity to Sue Vestal. To Roger Langley, Clifford Brower wills his quiet ways. Laura Simmons wills her drawing ability to Iris Wright. Leroy Sands leaves his beard to any Junior who will shave more often than he does. Paul McMasters wills his laziness to Wilma Andrews. To Tommy Williams, Lewis Beard leaves his ability to get along with girls and school teachers. Carlton Bridges wills his collection of corny jokes to Bobby Teague. Eunice Scotton leaves her careless ways to Treva Poe. We, The Senior Class of 1952, do declare this to be our Last Will and Testament. Lastly, we appoint and constitute as executrix of this document, Mrs. Ava Staley, whom we trust to see that our last wishes are carried out.
