Opening 20 Group Portrayal Drama students Daphne Melson, Buffy Seskey, and Velvet Payne ham it up in a skit about high school life. The skit was per- formed for up-coming What makes it tick? Making The Gra school. A secretary carrying a key briskly walked into the room containing the failure and success stories of each of the 1,568 students. These guarded rec- ords were housed behind a massive steel door beside the guidance depart- ment. She searched for the files of a senior who needed his grades for a college application. His school ex- periences neatly packed into a manila folder, would it be enough to make it? Making the grade.
