MR RAI PH CHRISTIE DQCZ1Cdf1OW In sinc re gmtitudc we the Class of 1953 dedicate this TAI-IOMA to Mr Ralph Christie His never ending work as vice principal shall not be forgotten by the hun dreds of students he has helped Although he is a native son of Minnesota he received his education at the Unixersity of Montana Before he began teaching 'Vlr Christie served in the U S Marine Corps and also did outstanding work as an employee of the U S Forest Service In September of l929 Mr Christie came to Stadium where he served as a commercial teacher and coach of foot ball basketball and track His track teams won six city state meets and captured one state championship For l8 vears Nlr Christie vms activt in Stadium s academic and extra curricular programs In I947 he was appointed vice principal of our school It is from this office that vue seniors have had the benefit of Vlr Christie s help whenever the need arosc To Vice Principal Christie we truly wish continued success in giving aid and inspiration to others THE SENIOR CLASS C I titles and eight Penn Relay crowns, placed four times in , .
