XAVIER'S HIGH SCHOOL Junction City, Kansas YOUTH ADVANCE THE CAUSE OF CHRIST The Sacred Heart for all the world, The whole world for the Sacred Heart , It is part of the Church's program to redeem society by re- storing the universal Kingship of Christ. As our Holy Father points out in his Encyclical Summi Pontificatus , the beginning of all the troubles that are driving this age of ours into spiritual bank- ruptcy, is the wicked attempt to dethrone Christ, if the Sacred Heart of Jesus is to reign, as He should reign, over individu- als, families and nations, then there is need for a npw army of souls to bring about this restoration. This army is to be found in the youth of the world. As a special project of the C. Y.S. a number of very active and zealous pupils took upon themselves the work of having each home in the parish enthroned and what a huge task of love it proved to be and will continue to be until all homes have been reached. Always willing and anxious to do more for the Sacred Heart, Father Kerr does the work of enthronement. 5 RT. REV. MONSIGNOR JAMES BRADLEY As pastor of our church and superin- tendent of our school, Monsignor Bradley has given his full support to every project suggested for the betterment of the stu- dents. His kind advice and encouragement have been a source of inspiration to us. We cannot fully express the great apprecia- tionwe feelfor his interest in our welfare. We hope that in the future, his years will be as full and happy as ours have been be- cause of our associations with him. 6 REV.
