The Living Past At the beginning of the school year, crowds of students ilocked around a small, black mummy encased in a glass box on display in the library. Fr. Garvey had given a memorable example of the close tie-up between living archaeological facts and the study of history. A number of students have realized this connection even further in their exploratory Held trips with the school's Archaeological Society. Other members of the department that prove history can be made interesting are Messrs. Grdina, Ballaban, Hils, and Berning.
