Don Cavanaugh and his sister accept registrations for the happiest family contest. Xavier Families F rolic Hartwell Country Club was the scene of a gala affair on September ll. The families and friends of Xavier students converged, 1500 strong, on the picturesque Country Club for a picnic sponsored by the school for one purpose: to get the families of the students better acquainted. St. Xavier is interested in the entire family, not just the boy who attends the school. Therefore, it takes advantage of every opportunity to bring the students' families together. The picnic was such an opportunity. Its tremendous success has led to the establishment of the picnic as an annual event to be looked forward to by the entire Xavier family. J'
