FHM LIAR SIIHBUIINDIIVGS The novelty of high school life was unfolded gradually here in our own Freshman Hall at First and Jacob, scene of much hustle and bustle, anticipations and anxieties. Our gym generally, if not always, was the scene of either outgoing crowds or incoming groups of individuals, at times packed for rallies or assemblies, seldom as quiet and peaceful as pictured. W, s X- ygwiw T, W., Leading up to the school library and the R.A.C. room is the grand staircase, a beautiful but forbidden passage- way. A legacy from the old estate, it comprises all the dignity characteristic of the old South. a link between the old and the new St. X.
